I am planning to build this system, for the budget of 16,000 SEK. I am unsure, if all the parts are compatible and the mATX case fits all the parts. Also I was bit hesitant to use Radeon GPU but 16GB VRAM does make it future proof. If you have any feedback on the choices please comment on it. Thanks !

This is a build for 800kr More with a more powerful gpu. This build is no as good looking but what it lacks in looks or makes it upp in performance.
Looks pretty good to me. I would consider going for slightly faster RAM for 100 SEK more (there are also the same one in white for slightly cheaper) and a 750W Gold Modular PSU.
Lastly I'd also consider changing the cooler to arctic liquid freezer 3, which in general is a better cooler but also slightly cheaper. It is however thicker so clearance might be an issue but from what I've seen it should fit.

All white with white gpu. You can change the gpu if you want to save 500kr. Asus prime mobo is the worst mobo of this generation of mobos. It doesnt even power all amd cpus also the vrm is so bad it litterly fries the mobo. And also they have had issues with ram compatability way more than any other mobo.
I would go with this instead.
