Any repair shop recommendations?

Hello!

I have an ITX build which is having some issues - my GPU is running at PCIe 3.0 x8. The motherboard and CPU combo (MSI B450i + Ryzen 7 2700) should be capable of running the GPU at full lanes, but this hasn't been the case. I want to test which of my components have problem, but I don't know anyone with a computer who can help me troubleshoot this, so I would have to take it to a computer shop in Stockholm. Any store recommendations would be welcome!

Rest of my specs are as follows - Case - Node 202, Memory - 32gb x 2 Kingston Fury, Storage - 2TB Crucial P1, PSU - Cooler Master V750 SFX, GPU i- Galax 3060 12GB

What gpu are you using? Your problem sounds odd and the only explanations I can think of is either a bent pin/not making contact, dust/debris in the pciex16 slot or a motherboard defect.

As for repair shops I don't really know any. I know that inet.se has locations in stockholm and they offer repair services starting at 599, so you could always contact them to see if they can help you troubleshoot. Otherwise you could also try making a post on sweclockers.com since it is a much larger forum and has wider reach. Perhaps you can find someone who's able to help you even

Hay! Thanks, I hadn't thought about the riser card to be honest. Due to the nature of case I can't easily take it apart and run GPU directly on the motherboard. I did rub the contact points with eraser to remove ant dust and debris. Maybe I'll have a look at sweclockers!

Also to make sure, have you tested without using the PCIe riser that comes with the case?
