I know 6400mhz CL32 is equal to 6000mhz CL30 in latency but I can't guarantee the system runs smooth once you enable EXPO. sometimes above 6000mhz there is a chance the system can get unstable/random BSOD or other problem might occur.
So the safe way is getting the recommended CL30 with 6000mhz

Håller med Desmond. Du ska inte spara på RAM även om din CPU har X3D cache. 6000 MHz/ CL30 är det bästa.
Jag skulle även byta SSD:n I ditt ställe. Jag antar att du valt den billigaste. Kingston NV3 är redan mycket bättre (kostar nästan samma).
--Update Why do you need 64Gb RAM by the way?
