there is no difference between a cl 30 and cl 36 with x3d cpu, so a cl 36 is fine and u dont have to spend 1-1,5k kr extra for cl 30.

9950x3d is a meh version of 9850x3d, you almost get the same fps from both, and paying extra 2,5 k kr for that cpu is not worth it. if u dont need those extra cores for job reletes tasks. i rather spend those extra money for a rtx 5070 ti instead.

I'd say no.
