Help Needed: Optimizing My Gaming PC Build to Stay Under Budget !!

It's been a while since I built my last PC. My primary objective for this machine is to play games and occasionally do some video editing. I initially aimed to keep the cost around 15K SEK, but with the parts I've listed, the total is now close to 20K SEK. What changes would you suggest I make to lower the cost to under ₹15,000 without compromising performance or future compatibility?

I would get a 7800x3d with 9070xt for about the same money. 9700x is a big scam. Its the same as a 7700 non x. Its like basically not much difference.

X870 i wouldnt build with. Just do b650 insteed. Cheaper and the exact same thing except for the logo

Do you earn any money? Otherwise amds 9070/Xt are okay for you. Get a 7500f and a 9070.

As long as you dont earn money and dont do it more than 40% of the time you use your pc. Then 9070 is the choice for you. Otherwise Nvidia if you do it 40% or more

It's just a hobby. I don't earn anything from it. I also think 9070 would be good enough.
